ABOUT
Born and raised in Spring, Texas, Benjamin Palatiere developed a passion for competition early on, excelling in sports throughout high school, especially wrestling. After earning his law degree, he moved to Dallas, where he worked for several small local law firms, gaining extensive experience in civil litigation. Over the years, Benjamin has represented over 250 individuals and businesses in a wide range of disputes, including construction liens, real estate matters, business litigation involving non-compete agreements, trade secrets, breach of contract, consumer protection, personal injury, and family law cases.
Benjamin has appeared in district and county courts in nearly 50 counties across Texas, building a reputation for his thoroughness and skill. His expertise also extends to business consultation, having helped numerous companies with business formation, governing documents, and the implementation of best practices.
Benjamin Palatiere holds a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Professional Writing from Texas State University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2005 and was a finalist for Outstanding Undergraduate in Liberal Arts. He earned his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law (formerly Texas Wesleyan) in 2008, actively participating in mock trial and moot court programs.

In addition to running his own law practice, Palatiere Law, Benjamin is the proud Chief Legal Officer of JG Consulting. He currently resides in Plano, Texas, with his wife Larissa, his stepson Hunter, and their mini golden-doodle, Winston. A baby boy is expected to join their family in March 2025. Outside of his legal practice, Benjamin enjoys attending Hunter’s baseball and flag football games and going on family walks with his wife and dog, Winston.​
Licensed to practice law in Texas since 2008, Benjamin is a proud member of the Texas Bar Sections for Corporate Counsel, Government Law, and School Law, as well as the Dallas Bar Association.
